Hi,
I've finally switched an account to First Direct and wondered how long after the switch date it takes till they pay your switching incentive? Halifax was only a couple of days.

I've finally switched an account to First Direct and wondered how long after the switch date it takes till they pay your switching incentive? Halifax was only a couple of days.
It is supposed to be paid within 28 days of criteria being met.
However, despite a phone call last Monday (more than 28 days after switching), being assured I'd met all criteria, and that incentive would be paid within 5 days - I'm still waiting
