That is a lovely story. I find customer service from JL hear office to be exemplary, sadly at store and call centre level it has fallen well below its previous high levels.

I've always found it to be the opposite.
On the two occasions I've had to contact their head office (once by e-mail and once by phone), they didn't appear to have much of a clue about their own policies, yet when I had problems with goods purchased and I've gone into my local store, they couldn't do enough to help.
I suppose that the service received at their stores can only be as good as the store manager and staff as I might just be very lucky with the staff at the store I use. (Croydon).
