Experian Credit Report - Anyone else had this?

After receiving notification from MBNA that they were increasing my limit from £2.4k to £4.1k, I decided to check my credit file to see if they had carried out a search. I don't know if that is something they do or not so thought it worth checking out.
When I signed into Experian via Protect my ID (which I get free), I noticed that the amount of my available credit had nosedived by £4000. On further checking both my Barclaycard accounts have disappeared from my file, which accounted for the available credit dropping.
I wondered if anyone else has noticed this? I assume it is either a glitch with Experian or Barclaycard have stopped reporting to them.

My barclay card magically vanished and I had a score of 999 then suddenly it turned back up this week causing my score to nosedive (to be fair it does have a balance)0

Hi Simon7685,
Accounts will occasionally come off a report if the data supplied by the lender is being checked for quality purposes.
However, more often it will come off as the address the account is recorded under has changed and the new address is not listed in your CreditExpert profile.
Your report will show all the information in your name at the addresses in your profile, if the information is recorded at a different address it would no longer show.
So we can look into this in more detail for you and find out why it no longer appears contact us and we will be able to help.
Regards
