Payslips required for mortgage!

I have received a decision in principle for a mortgage though to proceed the mortgage company requires the last 3 payslips, however one of my payslips has a court order on it, and i am worried they will refuse the mortgage if they see this.

Any advice on purchasing payslips online, will these be accepted by the mortgage company or should i just send in 3 the payslips i have?

Give them the originals - fakes would be fraud

Your lucky - we had to do last year of payslips or P60 + 12 months of bank statements

dont even consider buying them, if you get busted you will be reposessed. Just be honest, a lot of people have blemishes on thier history they are used to it.

I remember when i got a mortgage with abbey they sent a confirmation of earnings letter to my employer, my boss showed it to me, if i recall one of the questions on there was "Has Mr Broderick been subject to an attachment to earnings within the last 12 months"
Whoever fills this form in and signs it is responsible for telling the truth so i guess if this question is asked on the form, if they send one, it will probably be declared anyway, just be honest, will probably be ok. Either that or but 3 from the internet...:rolleyes: Didn't realise you could do this and i wonder if the fact should have been publicised in the national press.!!

Is it really worth the hassle - it is fraud after all if you buy these fake payslips.

I'm not advocating any kind of fraud, but I had to provide 3 months' payslips for my mortgage too, and (genuinely) couldn't find one of the 3 most recent ones. Instead I supplied three of the last four months' worth, plus a page from a bank statement showing my salary going in for the month I hadn't supplied.

However I didn't have any blots on my record to begin with...
