  • Thanks for messages. Now resolved with Lloyds, they admitted that I have always had a security code on telephone banking, and what took place on Friday should not have happened.

    As a gesture of good will they gave me £50 for the hassle.

    Thank you Lloyds for resolving swiftly.

    Good to hear that you got a resolution. I know how frustrating this can be. Yes, there are times when the banks do get it spectacularly wrong.
