Just wow. Coming from a person whose signature is "Never argue with idiots - they will drag you down to their level and then beat you with experience."
I have asked David to contact me in private, no problem if he has some comments about this issue, but I would prefer to take it off the message board. I asked for advice, and don't wish to argue on a forum.0 -
Thanks for messages. Now resolved with Lloyds, they admitted that I have always had a security code on telephone banking, and what took place on Friday should not have happened.
As a gesture of good will they gave me £50 for the hassle.
