World walker

This morning I saw a man all dressed in white (a short of knee-length dress creation) with his head covered in a white cloth and sunglasses. He was pushing a supermarket trolley with the words "World Walker" on the front which presumably contained his bed-roll etc.)

Anyone know what its all about?
