Hi Cat
Don't worry, the bill you've received is clearly wrong.
On the old meter, the readings on 10 March 14 and 8 August 14 are accurate. This means you've used 2014 kWh (stored heat), 614 kWh (day) and 231 kWh (night) between these dates.
Based on the readings you took today, you've used 145 kWh (register 1) and 342 kWh (register 4) between the meter exchange on 8 August 14 and today.
If you multiply these usage figures by the unit prices on your tariffs, you'll see a rough idea of what you owe for the electricity used.
There'll be daily Standing Charges, discounts and VAT to be taken into consideration too.
As Bubblebath says, it looks as though the mistake has come about because the estimated readings used on 25 September 14 follow on from the old meter and not the new one. These will be replaced by your readings if you let your complaint handler know.
Just a quick heads up. The picture of the bill you've posted contains information specific to your property. To protect your security, I'd recommend deleting that part of your post.
Really sorry about the wrong bill Cat but this can soon be put right.
