Lip plumpers..are they any good?

  • wannabeslim..I've been using sr-skincare mandelic/salicylic peel collagen kit. I use it because I have normal to oily skin. However, I think my skin is getting used to it now as I'm not getting the results I used to see. After saying that the peel strength is only 15%.

Would I see any benefit from using a roller considering my skin type and what moisturiser do you use after using the roller?

I lost quite a bit of weight in a short space of time due to illness, so I now has those dreaded lines that run down the sides of the nose to the ends of the lips. However, I can't afford fillers or botox, so need some help with those areas too lol.

I had the same issue from weightloss, I should change my user name to iamslimnow haha with the nose to mouth lines, they are very annoying and aging I feel. The roller will help with these but obviously not like filler would, it would certainly be better than nothing though, quite a bit better actually, I roller every few days quite gently to keep the plump up, I don't really need to but its habit now, some go harder every couple of weeks, its an individual thing. My last peel was a 25% TCA one, I think my skin has too changed and I took longer to heal from this one, I really don't fancy it again either whereas before I looked forward to them, its funny how we change suddenly. I don't use a specific moisturiser after rollering, I did at first (vit c serum) but ran out and used normal stuff and it was just the same, I vary my products as my skin gets used to them very quickly, I am going between Eucerin anti redness and Boots Essentials atm, I never use expensive stuff as its ususally packed full of perfume etc and way over priced, insider knowledge ;)
