Cabot Alert On Credit File

Hello newbie here looking for any advice.
I have been living at my present address for over 6 years. I have three accounts (current a/c, car loan and credit card all up to date with no missed payments).
I recently subscribed to Equifax monthly payment scheme and today received this alert.
It doesn't relate to any account I know about though 7 years ago at another address unrelated to my current one there was some outstanding debt.
It states it is referring to a deleted credit agreement?....I have received nothing in the post and am particularly keen for there to be no links as I am in the process of applying for a mortgage.
Any idea what Cabot are up to?
There have been changes to the following Credit Agreement in your credit file.

If the alert is for Deletion of an account you probably do not need to be overly concerned.
Check you the rest of the credit history is in order - then cancel the Equifax monthly payment. The same information can be obtained freely or more cheaply in other ways.0
