Help! French Rococo furniture!

Hi all looking for advice!
I ordered 2 bedside cabinets from french rococo furniture on the 30th of august , I had problems on the site and someone phoned me to take payment over the phone. I was told they were in stock and delivery would be Thursday 4th September they stated it would be either AM or PM and they would phone and let me know but he thought AM. No phone call. I went to work and phoned them in the afternoon, the girl told me the delivery van due to make the delivery had broken down so it would have to be rearranged.
I was then told delivery would be Thursday 11th. Come that lunch time they phoned me to say they were about to put them on a lorry and noticed one was bigger than the other, my option was to either wait 6 weeks or accept the one drawer units at a cheaper price. Spoke to other half and accepted one drawer units with a partial refund. I asked them to refund this to my card, (£58) they told be delivery would probably be Tuesday 16th. They phoned on Tuesday to say delivery would be Friday 19th for definite, Iv been home all day no delivery. I called at 12 to see if it was down for afternoon and was told they would call back... No call back. At 4 I spoke to someone online who told be they were on for delivery today and would be here for definite. I called at 5.30 to be told they didn't know when they would be delivered but it wouldn't be today!
I just want my money back now! Any ideas what I should do next?

I seem to recall this wooden rococo stuff is made quite cheaply in Asia , and arrives every so often in consignments. I was looking at a bed on ebay once,but very hidden in the small print that they weren't in stock, and there was about three month wait for delivery.
How did you pay?

I paid by debit card over the phone, I asked them if they were in stock and he told me yes and delivery would be the following Thursday, I wouldn't have ordered if he had said it will be X weeks.
