Walkin Shower

I had bought a 700mm by 700mm corner shower screen and tray, but had to remove the tray due to some size limitations. then I decided to use the screen on top of the floor of the bathroom which seems ok however I am getting water leakage under the frame of the shower screen although I had put silicone. I am not sure what is the best way (an easy way) of making this frame totally water proof then water can stay within the shower.
