No offence, but I think they do act, just not always in the way we want them to. I've made reports where sometimes they've done what I've asked and sometimes they haven't. I guess it's their 'ball' at the end of the day

I would have thought a link showing a similarity in names between the poster and the someone at the company would suffice. I usually have that before I would report it as elf promotion anyway.
