Reclaim Bank Charges

I'm afraid I was really confused about doing this so I used a company that I found in one of the national newspapers and they are taking forever! y started in Feb and when I spoke with them they said it would be about another 8 weeks. Has anybody else gone done this road and if so how long did it take?
