I am signed up to both Equifax and Experian monthly subscription services, but CallCredit will not allow me to join their service.
Living at same address 6 years, on the electoral roll, debit card is valid in fact I see them deduct 1p from it after applying for their service, yet continually they say they can not identify me and don't even offer the option to send aditional ID to them eg passport/driving licence.
Why is this and has anyone else had this problem?
No luck with Noddle either.
