    I wouldn't have thought about that, I assumed the GP would know from my hospital letters that he receives.
    Bit silly really, you would think there first point of call would be whichever professional you deal with the most.

    It's perverse that they don't automatically qualify for NHS costs but they will definately qualify for NHS costs if they then complete an HC1 form so they won't lose out, but they need to be told and given an HC1 form otherwise they sometimes never find out they are eligible.
