PCN 47j Stopped on a restricted bus stop

Hi

Im after some assistance please. My wife has received a PCN for stopping on a restricted bus stop by Liverpool City Council.

The offence occurred at 00:58 in the morning and the council has 2 images of her car at 31 seconds past and 45 seconds past. She was stationary for about 20 seconds max. My wife is pregnant and had our 4 year old son asleep in the car at the time. She didn't see any signage in the area and was caught by a pole mounted CCTV camera.

Any assistance would be appreciated in appealing this.

I can't see your pepipoo thread yet?

Don't give up - pepipoo just need a new thread and pics of the PCN (all pages). Almost everyone wins at appeal when on pepipoo and getting help, and these SmartCar sneaky cameras are being outlawed by the Government so there are arguments to use against them.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
