Miele- excellent service

Bought a vacuum cleaner from John Lewis last year. Had a problem with it- wouldn't work properly. Rang Miele CS on Thursday, they arranged for a empty box to be delivered the next day, I popped vacuum cleaner in, courier collected next day.


Returns repaired, cleaned and in it's own bag(!!) by the Wednesday. No quibble about anything. Less than a week, so brilliant service. It's not often you get such efficient service, so would recommend both John Lewis and Miele, they were both really polite and helpful.

We had a motor go in our dyson and they were out within the week, fitted a new motor and serviced it in the house.

Excellent service from beginning to end.

Miele are really good. Excellent products that are designed to last forever, and an equally excellent after sales service for when they don't .

You get what you pay for, and when you buy Miele you are buying the best.

Bought a Miele washing machine 10 yrs ago...been hammered [teenage daughters and ocd partner]....still running pererfectly.

bought a cheap bosch washing machine 10 years ago, and a sony crt tv both working perfectly when we decided to upgrade.
I didn't want to but the wife fancied a change...... sigh.....
