CCJ removed, DCA writing within a week...

Good morning,

Hopefully a quick one - In 2008 I was served with a CCJ which has since been removed, a DCA has wrote almost immediately from when this has fallen off my credit file demanding the full balance or will result in ANOTHER CCJ.... surely this debt is statute barred as I have never acknowledged the debt or even wrote to this DCA or any other regarding...

I called them this morning (giving none of my personal details just the call ref) they state the debt still needs satisfying and I could have another CCJ, surely this is tosh? My file is 100% clean now and there is no record of this, also as I have not had any contact regarding this debt in over 6 years I do not see how they can enforce this, scare tactics I presume? Anyone confirm for me? The DCA is Bryan Carter I think
