Paypal invoice ~ Payment status: Other?

Wondered if anyone had this? Buyer has sent a screen shot of payment but it's showing status as 'Other' ...I don't *think* it's an e cheque as I've had that one before and it showed as pending.

Buyer has sent a screenshot? Don't take any screenshot as a payment.
Log into your account yourself and check.0 -
Sorry I should of said, my invoice is showing as unpaid and her side is saying status as 'Other' so money has not reached my account, we are both wondering why it is saying other and not gone through.People don't know what they want until you show them.0

If your invoice is saying unpaid, then it is unpaid.
Ask the buyer for the transaction reference or get her to ring Paypal.0 -

Thanks Soolin, this was done via paypal invoice so direct to an e-mail. I think we've both just given up now anyway as it was only a £4 order.People don't know what they want until you show them.0
