Central Heating Installation

Just had a rough estimate for work to install central heating in our 3 bed semi.
Work would include new combo boiler (probably viesmann), 8 radiators, associated pipework, removal of hot water tank. Removal of two gas wall heaters and capping gas supply to these and sealing current flus from these.
Still waiting a proper quote but an initial estimate has come in at £4200. Does this sound in the right ball park?
