How long after closing down CC's can you re-apply?

Ive recently closed down 4 x credit cards i had for the 0% BT offers to clear up my finances for a mortgage application, i dont need any cards now but once moved and settled may want to apply to get any bits we need, how long after closing down completely CC's can you re-apply to get the various introductory rates/offers? (subject to status obviously)

Credit 'Score' - Don't buy the credit 'score' that Experian, Equifax and Noddle want to sell you. It's an arbitrary number that means nothing when it comes to applying for credit.
