Ncp parking ticket

Hi everyone,i've been issued a pcn from an ncp car park. I think the ticket is unfair. It says i parked in restricted area. This wasn't clear, evidently to me or the 4 other cars who parked in same area. They've also said on the ticket that i was parked in Arnos Grove, which is incorrect. Any advice? I don't want to pay!
