PCN asking for LESS than the signs state

APCOA Car Park at FGW Station.
The signs have been updated at some point (rather cheap and shoddy overlay) where it must have been £80 and changed to £100.
My PCN is demanding £80. Both signs and PCN offer £50 if paid within 14 days.
Is there something I can use here in that the PCN is not in accordance with the conditions displayed that I "agreed" to? Should it matter that they have requested less than the sign I agreed to? Or just that it is not the same?

PCN is private and station is in England
In a station car park the registered keeper cannot be held liable due to byelaws (never mind if the PCN mentions them or not). So why, oh why, would you even be thinking of going off-piste and appealing to say who the DRIVER was?!
''Is there something I can use here in that the PCN is not in accordance with the conditions displayed that I "agreed" to? '' NOPE.
Just send the usual template appeal from the 'Newbies read these FAQs first' thread, only once the Notice to Keeper arrives at your house next month by post. All explained in the sticky thread. The keeper appeals & wins and there is NO mention of 'me/myself/I' when talking about the parking event (in fact there's no need to talk about the parking event).
The issue with signs that don't match the NTD and NTK amount is valid for POPLA stage for the KEEPER to point out. Without talking about anyone 'agreeing' to anything.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
