I placed an order a few weeks ago and they sent me a £5 off your next order voucher.

I need to order another product now but I've misplaced the email with the voucher code in.

I sent a polite request to customer services asking if they could resend the voucher to me.

I got an abrupt message back stating they do not keep records of what vouchers they have sent people so basically tough luck.

I've asked again but they still refuse to give me a £5 voucher.

I've been a customer for a long time and have recommended them to other people, so I'm a bit annoyed that I'm not worth £5 to them!
Here I go again on my own....
