You seem to have overlooked Coupon-mad's wise advice to make a strongly worded complaint to the BPA - they have the ability to get the PPC to issue POPLA codes.

Otherwise you'll be going around in circles.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Thanks for this - I read CouponMad's post below - he says not to mention details of the PCN(s)? How would the BPA be able to enforce CPP to send me the POPLA code if they don't have my PCN(s)?

    Thanks!:T

    I am a 'she'!

I didn't mean don't state the PCN number... I meant don't talk about what happened or who got the PCN!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
