Lego sells VERY well on eBay.
Do you have complete sets, original boxes, instructions etc? If you can show complete sets already built (take apart to send), they will fly.
If you are not sure if the sets are complete (or can't be a***ed to check), sell by the kilo.
Check completed/sold listings on eBay to get a rough idea what your sets sell for and start the auction at the minimum you are prepared to accept.
If you are open to offers, you will be inundated.0 -
Take the time to sort the sets and try to build them up - you will get more money for it.
Hopefully as mentioned in previous post you have the box and instructions.
Lego, especially Star Wars, sells really well and to top that Christmas (noooooo) is coming.0 -
Yes have boxes and instructions, so guess I better get checking all the parts are present.

Used complete with instructions and figs will get the best price. But they will need to be complete and in good condition, or you will get complaints. So you will need to rebuild them. Check condition, split fig torso’s, bite marks etc… will come back to haunt you. Used incomplete 99% is almost as good, but give an indication of what’s missing. Bundle smaller, older sets, it’s more cost efficient for postage.
Large or exclusive sets consider selling locally / facebook / gumtree, you’ll get less but after fees and postage, there will not be much in it, and you’ve less risk on feedback extortion.
If you don’t want to rebuild, sell as a bulk for set rebuilders to rebuild, listing set numbers. Don’t be tempted to sell the figs and bricks separately. Value is higher when combined. You’ll get less as bulk, but it’s less effort.
People will low ball you and ask for BIN’s. Let the auctions run. Timing to end at month end / pay day, will generally increase your final price.0
