If you have a day off soon and your car is parked there watch the other driver from the shop turn up and squirm when they realise they can't park there.
But yes find out for sure if that really is your space in the agreement.
If it isn't then it would be landlord/lady's discretion and I'm not sure there is much you can do.0 -
We have 5 spaces, 5 flats but a new tenant started squeezing another car in there, i first put a notice on their car saying to only park one, this didn't work so I spoke to landlord, now no car. It was making everyones lives a mare getting in & out due to space. Block her in leave a note, or get the landlord to speak to her. Either way you've purchased a flat with a space, you don't need this hassle. What about putting a sign in your space saying "Parking for flat --- only". Good luckReceived £2,626.00 in PPI -2013:j
