Is This Company Legit? (and where's my cardi!?)

I rather rashly ordered a cardigan from this company via an American FaceBook Page called Stylish Guru.

I say rashly because I remember thinking at the time that I'd never heard of them, and their website seemed a bit dodgy - really hard to find if you don't go via FB.

Money debited on 4th Sep. No confirmation email. No despatch email. And no apparent way to contact them......

Have I been had?

How did you pay? By debit or credit card?
If so consider a chargeback from your card issuer.

I would say so, they don't even have any contact details on the site.

And why would a site supposedly based in Ireland, selling in UK£ only be linked on an American FB page. Sounds far too fishy to be legit to me.

I paid with Visa debit and as soon and said out loud (to Nationwide)...
'it was a US site via FaceBook.....no order confirmation....no despatch confirmation....no contact details....' I realised what a numpty I was!
They've opened a Visa Dispute so fingers crossed.

I will desist with my ill fated mission to be stylish LOL

Outstanding customer service there. It's clearly a scam website, hopefully your chargeback will be successful.
