Ticks and Crosses Help...

Using IE on a normal conputer the ticks and crosses only worked with refreshing the page but on my Mac where I do 90% of comping I've never had that problem, its annoying!! Guess I will just have to get used to it!!

I use a Macbook Pro and the ticks show immediately when backspacing to list.
Have noticed that there is an update needed but following others' experiences, reluctant to install!0 -
I did the update and found the above problem.
Have any other Safari users found a way for the green ticks to show immediately, as they did before the update?

Surprisingly the green ticks seem to have reappeared.
Computers have a mind of their own ...
