ZZPS Limited - is a company Mr Osner appears to have in the wings. The company has been about since 2011 but was shown as "dormant" until recently but is now "active" with accounts filed in late August. The only director (and the company secretary) is Mr Osner.

Interestingly, the company records its registered office as Manor House, Lavender Park Road, West Byfleet, KT14 6ND. That might seem innocent enough but happens to be the same address, albeit that the postcode is wrong, as was used by Roxburghe's so-called in-house debt-chasing solicitor's, Graham White & Co - aka Michael "Never-Made-It-To-Court" Sobell. When Sobel used the Manor House address he used the postcode - KT14 6NA - which tied it pretty firmly to Roxburghe - even if the Manor House property name (conveniently?) obfuscated things.

I'd defy anyone to locate a property called Manor House in Lavender Park Road and there is only one building that can be found on the street that is allocated the postcode KT14 6NA which is Roxburghe House (to be renamed shortly as ex-Roxburghe House?). Apart from ZZPS, the postcode has been used by three other companies - Roxburghe, Graham White & Co and First Direct Logistics all of which are associated with Roxburghe/HFO.

As an aside, First Direct Logistics was a front company used several years ago by HFO associated companies to send out postcards to alleged debtors (they also used another company called Silverpoint to do the same thing).

Gary may just have got his postcode wrong - 6ND is allocated to Globe House next door. But why try to disassociate matters from Roxburghe?
My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016). :(

I do hope if any of the ex employees get into financial difficulty whilst unemployed they are dealt with in the same manner as they dealt with their [STRIKE]customers[/STRIKE], victims.

It is sad when people lose their jobs, but anyone who knowingly bent the rules whilst working for them may have difficulty receiving any sympathy from others.

HO87 Sobell did turn up once if you remember and although a certain poster here claimed to have defeated him, he made a total hash of the case and lost it all by himself.

You are indeed correct. In a county in the far south-east involving a Hospital Trust from the eastern part of that county.

I seem to recall speculation that the only reason he turned up to that case was because he'd be able to use his Senior's Railcard. In contrast to trying to make it to Birmingham County Court for 10.00am kick-off when he couldn't have travelled off-peak.

That said were Swedish rounding to be applied to the proportion of cases he threatened to launch set against those he did then the figure would still be a fat (i.e. rounded) zero.

Companies House take a dim view of false addresses - wouldn't it be sad if someone pointed out to them that ZZPS were using an incorrect postcode via abuse@companies-house.gov.uk :D

Sadly it is highly unlikely that the directors will be found to have been sufficiently reckless or mendacious to be personally liable for Poxburghe's debts.

Going by a couple of comments on Pranky's blog, there's not much sympathy for the staff of Poxburghe. Here are a couple of examples:-

If you lie down with dogs, you will get fleas. Anybody who worked for this shabby outfit will have been aware of their reputation, and their intimidatory tactics in attempting to collect so-called 'debts' relating to fake parking tickets.

Somehow I struggle to feel compassion with those who worked for this outfit. If your job is to screw other people then it's good news that you're now the one who is screwed.

Yes, it would seem that Steve's gone with everyone else. I wouldn't mind betting, however, that he reappears working for a PPC.
I will be keeping an eye out for him at the Amex - thought I saw him the other week but if it was him, he's aged a LOT!

So Steve Dargonne has gone (again). Ex Bank 'Assistant Manager'. Then a failed company which went into administration in Worthing, then Roxburghe. Oh deary me. Should have stayed in the day job, Steve, maybe you would have been a banker rather than a xxxxxx
