Occassional Windows XP Updates?

I thought Microsoft had stopped them, but i've been surprised to have had 2 or 3 since then.


Has anybody else received updates for Window XP 'recently' ?

Not Security Updates for Internet Explorer 8 though.

To keep XP updated install SP4? but first install RollBack XP in case things go amiss.

All works fine for me.

I installed one today on an XP machine I still run. It was the malicious software removal tool which was also updated last month. This one was probably hanging around for a while as this machine runs headless 24x7 just running a weather station and I rarely look at it.
