Can I be taken to court in England if I live in N.I.

Does anyone know if these people from Debt Enforcement & Action Ltd can start County Court Proceedings in Northampton but I live in N.I. I know it says on other links that the fines can't really be collected in Scotland or N.I. yet but going for a new mortgage and don't want my credit rating hit by something like this. Cheers Peeps.
