Going all the way regradless

Hi,
Just recieved my letter from the courts stating that the bank has put a defence forward. Just waiting for court date now, knowing my luck it will go all the way to court.
Though i could really really do with money even if i dont win i'm really pleased for going all the way as i have had a few second thoughts along the way but always pulled myself round thinking stuff them i want my money back!!!!. I have always felt that bank charges were ridiculousley pricey especially when i worked stacking shelves in a well known supermarket many moons ago and one bank charge would be nearly five hours wages (5 hours wages thats a crazy amount of money to loose - how do they even come up with their figures for charges). So after a charge or two if your like me would increase your overdraft or get a loan or credit card to tide you over and pay due direct debits and so the snowball effect of getting into debt begins (JUST WHAT THE BANKS WANT) and what happened to me
BASICALLY DONT LOOSE YOUR NERVE - SEE IT TO THE END - EVEN IF YOU YOU PERSONALLY DONT GET YOUR MONEY BACK (which hopefully we will) YOUR DOING YOUR PART TO CORRECT AND VERY LARGE WRONG.
Thanks to all for the information on this site.
