    Donegal has the most sunlight hours in the whole of the island of Ireland from what I'm led to believe.....

    I was watching a show on TV last night about the Irish country music revival and they were showing a dance at Clonmany with a C&W band playing the music. Only the close presence of the wife stopped me shooting myself.

    Nathan Carter is actually quite good as a performer, it's ironic that it took an Englishman to revive the Irish C+W scene.

    I ended up at one of his concerts one night by mistake, one of the best nights in a long time. Since that I've been to two Derek Ryan concerts - he's even better.
