Strictly Beds & Bunks (Praise).

Recently bought my sons a bunk bed from this company and thought their customer service, delivery and after sales service was great!

Had an email the day before delivery to let me know whether my delivery would be in the AM or PM.


Then the delivery driver called me 30mins before delivery to say he was on his way.


When I had finished putting it together, 1 screw was missing, so I called them and they delivered it the next day.


Really good service. Plus, the bunk is great quality, nice and thick etc.

  • I have not had such a good experience with Strictly bunks and beds. Having read some of the older posts about them I am not alone, and it all relates to "Andy". I rang to ask was it possible to remove the felt tip scrawl of my postcode from my bunk bed. Other furniture suppliers do not seem to use this method, thankfully. The person I spoke to was ultra aggressive. I sent back a polite e mail and in return received a very abusive one, badly spelt and written. They proudly state on their leaflet that feedback makes a difference- it has to me. I have joined this forum and now I'm wondering where else to post to show up this "Andy" of "customer services" (!) for the pathetic individual he clearly is.
    They also state on their literature, " We are a BRITISH manufacturer competing against cheaper imported beds. Your feedback helps promote our products which in turn protects British jobs"
    Perhaps Andy is not wholly British as the other clich! about us is we are unfailingly polite.
    Next time I'll go for a more expensive foreign import quite happily!
  • Have had similarly bad experience today. Bunk bed delivered yesterday - yes delivery excellent - really lovely delivery man, on time, nothing too much trouble. Then put together - one plank split, 1 fault bolt (no thread) and 8 missing bolts and 8 missing screws - the key ones that hold the mainframe together! Ordered online but phoned to complain about poor quality and clearly spoke to same guy as he could not have been ruder - called me a "clever clogs" because when he said he would be doing "absolutely nothing" about my complaint, I said I would be giving online feedback. He then promised me he would be sending me an email that I would have to wait and see what it said but expecting something similarly rude. What a shame as the products look good online and quick delivery etc.
