From what date can i claim?

hello,

i ordered details of my bank charges using the template letter from MSE, at the end of may.

i recieved on the 25th of june, not statements but a list of charges, going back to 1st september 2001, this was only 5yrs & 9mths worth of charges.

2 weeks later i phoned them up and got the other 3 months bank statements ordered which arrived today.

My question is, from when can i claim back charges? is it from when i first requested the details of charges, or when i write a letter asking for them?

Are lloyds in breach of DPA for not supplying me with the details i requested, or is it my own fault for not getting back to them immeadiatly when they sent the incomplete details?

I ask because in the 2 months (end of may '01 to end of july '01) they had £150 off me , that i'm now unsure if i can claim as its over 6 years. But when i asked for the details it was not over 6 years

does any one know where i stand in regard to this
