Hello everyone, i have already posted the same topic regarding a renovation sequence for a bedroom, however this one is for a bathroom. This one is a bit more complicated than a bedroom therefore i think there is lots of mistakes in the sequence.
In a weeks time i am starting with my first house renovation project. I am not going DIY i will just manage the whole process.
Up to now i have come up with the materials cost and now i have started preparing a list of works required so as to be able to get quotes from builders.
Below i have posted a sequence of works required for a bathroom. Do you think the sequence is correct? If you have anything to add please do so.

Depends on the tiling. Are you tiling all walls? Or just around the bath and a couple of rows over the sink?
Typically we put the floor tiles down before installing sink and toilet.
Extractor fan goes in before before decorating, as does architrave, skirting, door and coving. (As per bedroom).
This is how we do it.
Everything stripped out.
Install window
First fix on water and electrics (ie putting pipework and cables in place including extractor)
Plaster walls and ceiling including coving
Install bath
Tile walls.
Tile floor
Install architrave, skirting, door.
Install sink, toilet, radiator.
Bath panel
Decorating
Put up mirror, cabinet etc.Eat vegetables and fear no creditors, rather than eat duck and hide.0
