The "memo of sale" was sent by the EA to both sides solicitors on 9th September and I assume that is what triggers the sellers solicitors to draft the contract... I wonder when would be an appropriate time to start chasing it up ?! I'm so impatient because we really wanted to complete asap as our baby is due at the end of October! Maybe a little optimistic!

We also want to complete by the end of october! I ring the EA everyday just to get an update on what's happening with the draft contracts and documentation etc. she probably hates me! Lol x

The EA seems to have pretty much stepped back now we've agreed the sale so all my harassing has to be done via my solicitor!
