People wanting a dsar from lloyds - correct address

after waiting 80 odd days for lloyds to send back my dsar to only get a letter fobbing me off , i rang the DSAR department in andover today ( the address came back on the letter )

i spoke to a woman who said basically because i sent the DSAR to the ppi claims people all they looked for was ppi and sent back a letter saying that they couldnt find me on there system

she said i needed to write to the correct department and state in the letter that i wanted them to give me DSAR for loans ( or whatever is specific to whoever is contacting them )

right so this is the address that was on the letter

I think the DSAR results are posted from Andover and they are the department who actually deal with collecting all the data and responding to phone calls but the address you might have to write could be in Leeds. Check if the address is shown on Lloyds bank website privacy section.
