  • You could put it on hot dogs and make American style chilli dogs
  • You can knock up some wraps in 20 minutes or so - they're really easy. You could then just wrap them, or use the upside down cupcake tin method for 'tacos'.

A standard hotdog in a roll with chilli on top, topped with melted cheese
  • Stuffed potato skins with chilli. Bake potatoes, scoop out the centre, fill with chilli, top with grated cheese and bung in the oven until heated through, top with spring onions and serve with a big dollop of creamy yoghourt and salad.....scrummy. (Use the scooped out potato for mash).

Tortilla bake. Layer tortillas and chilli (a bit like lasagne) in a deep dish, top with cheese and warm through in oven. Cut into wedges and serve with salad and creamy yoghourt (the Lidl creamy Greek yoghourt is the best).

I make these quite often. I use Bratwurst in them which makes a change from the standard hotdog sausage.
