Hi,
I've read a lot of the parking posts on the forum but still have a few questions.
I have had a NTK from PDC who say they are agents for the PPC and are asking for £114. The original PCN said £94. Can they increase the charge?
The NTK was dated on the 56th day and not received until 61st day so I have told PPC it doesn't comply to POFA schedule 4 but thay have turned down my appeal and sent me a POPLA number. PPC are asking for £94.
PPC say that the claim is based on contract law so can I use GPEOL or do I need to say it's punitive and not reasonable?
The PCN was for leaving the premises and I don't want to crowd the POPLA appeal so what are the minimum grounds I should include?
Cheers

just read the NEWBIES sticky thread and appeal at POPLA using the code, check its expiry date first though
post #3 has links to suitable appeals
ignore any debt recovery letters
without seeing the siagns or the paperwork you received its impossible to answer your specific queries , especially as you have not named the PPC
if posting pics on tinypic, redact any personal info and change the http link to hxxp before you post on here (in your replies)0 -
standard template appeal......as per the "NEWBIES" thread
nothing else
ignore what they sayEx forum ambassador

The fact it's £94 and for leaving the site tells me it's JAS (probably in a Staples car park). Discussed on dozens of threads that have already won - here you go:

HTH - easy peasy to win at POPLA. Please do 'crowd' the POPLA appeal, make it chock full of winning appeal points. It bamboozles PPCs, especially JAS!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
