halifax cc ppi claim

How long does a ppi claim take? Started my claim by phone 4 weeks ago. They sent me a form which I promptly sent back. Got a phone call last monday asking more questions. How long will it take? Will it start from the day I called them or when they called me last week? Tia

Hi, I'm still waiting for the call from Halifax in regards to my CC claim, but I did receive the call 2 weeks ago in regards to my loan from them and today I've received my offer.0

The Bank are allowed eight weeks to provide a "full and final" response to concerns submitted to them. However, even if they fail to do this within that timescale, the only sanction you can take is to refer your complaint to the Ombudsman which can take eighteen months.
So, four weeks on from the time of the complaint is not the time to become concerned that it is taking too long.0
