I found it at last. It didn't work when I clicked the link but I think you have to go to the home page and click through as follows:

Select family holidays

Select Middle East and Dubai

Select Dubai

Then it came up in the bottom left corner.

there is no family holiday tab showing for me

If not from the OP's main link, click the Luxury Holidays Tab, then Honeymoon Destinations, then scroll down to the Top 10 Honeymoon Destinations and click on number 3 Dubai and then scroll to the bottom. Click on the "You've Found Today's Image" symbol to get the entry form
