Hi. I'm new here. Please can anyone help? Had a call from a PPI company. Anyone heard of, or had any good experiences with a company called Litchfield Price?
Will let you know how I get on.
Cheers.

You will find very few here have a good word to say about any claims company.
The claims company do nothing you cannot do yourself. They use the same free of charge complaints process you would use. Many use the same template (FOS form) that you would use. They offer no expertise other than to put a stamp on the envelope and sit back and wait.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. They are not financial advice and you should not treat them as such. If you feel an area discussed may be relevant to you, then please seek advice from an Independent Financial Adviser local to you.0 -
Avoid all CMCs . . but particularly these.
Appears they tried the advanced fee scam with these posters:

Had a call tonight .. bright and breezy young lad .
'YOU ARE OWED THOUSANDS !'
Told him I had reclaimed on my own using MSE
Told him I didn't want to pay a 33 plus % charge plus vat for them to write the same letters anyone can .
His reply was 'we only charge 30%'
My reply?
Hey .. well look I saved that 30% plus VAT and it's MINE !!!
PLEASE do it yourself , every time
30% of £100 is £30 add VAT to this @ 20% equals £36.00 of every £100 you are awarded..
Then start applying this to each £1000 you are awarded.0
