Can I ask anyone who has this- is it the razor handle AND the blades included or just the blades or just the handle?

It's a shame they don't do something similar for women (though I know this is still useable for women!)
  • Yay, I also managed to get one for my other half! :)

I've won a few free razor competition/giveaways and they have always been one full razor - handle and blade.

I've found them much sharper (and stay sharper for longer) than womens razors, i'm on my second one so far this year.

A news story today indicated men are spending less on razor blades and razors as more are growing facial hair, so a promotion like this is probably aimed at reversing that trend.

You need to be careful with women using men's razors, if you're a woman and use a man's razor it will seem amazing the first time you use it but it will become blunt extremely quickly, with replacement blades not being cheap.

I ordered one for me I'm a woman, I got a free one from wilkinson sword even with two quid off the blades are expensive to me. Gillette ones seem cheaper too, I told my mam about it and she ordered one for my dad.

My wilkinson sword one had my name on it haha

They are expensive to replace, yes, but women's razor replacements are always more expensive than men's replacement blades, last time I checked it was around 3 replacement blades for around £13-£15! Just by the side of the till at Superdrug there are sets with a razor and around 15-25 replacement blades for men's razors, starting at around £13 and upwards to around £30 for the set. They never have any sets like this for this sort of value for women.

I think that must have been a special offer or you were looking at one of the cheapest products. The type of refill for the Gillette Fusion ProGlide are around £3.50 per blade at Boots: http://www.boots.com/en/Gillette-Fusion-ProGlide-Power-Razor-Blades-4-Cartridges-Pack_1260151/ compared under £2 per blade for Gillette Venus: http://www.boots.com/en/Gillette-Venus-4-Pack-Blades_2479/
