However, hirers may have missed the point in 3.2 (3) a) and POFA 2012 as well, of course.
This states that the hirer must have a t&c that the hirer agrees to that places an obligation to pay for any "Parking Charges" whilst on hire.
The cases on here nearly always have this wrong as the hire companies refer to parking fines,
Technically, therefore, they become liable.0 -

The previous thread was presumably deleted because of the irrelevant unpleasantness it developed into, not the useful PDF which is highly relevant.0 -
