Sainsburys energy
Options
Hi,
I've had all I can take from Scottish Power's appalling Customer Service. Ongoing IT problems with online account, 1 hour to get through to them on the phone.....
I've used some comparison websites and am thinking of switching to Sainsburys Energy (I know they're part of British Gas).
Anyone with them or been with them care to share their experience?
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Switching is a pain in the a**e and I don't want to "Jump out of the frying pan into the fire"
Cheers.

I would say the only problem is just one annual bill, unless you keep track of your readings monthly and manage your direct debits yourself you will end like me. Fallen behind in payments now monthly payments have been increased from 39.00 to 90.00 which is going to leave me struggling.
I was with EDF last time, and to be honest will be going back to them October when I am free of exit fees and paid off arrears.LBM 13039 1.1.13 Now £0 Finally Debt FreeMortgage free Oct 2019:)EFund/savings £25000 10/11/220 -

Thanks for the tip! I will make sure I send regular meter readings.:)0
