I am at my wits end with the above company

They also trade as Raven as well as others companies all registered at the same address in Milton Keynes

I had a letter sent to name very similar to mine 2 weeks ago which I opened as I often have mail sent which is wrong spelling etc. It was a letter to contact them about a debt matter, as I have had issues with someone of the same name before I called them to explain. My surname is spelt differently and that I had already sent all my proof to Experian over 4 years ago over letters about numerous debts in that name at addresses I have never lived in and is in a different part of the country I have never lived in!!
I offered to send ID, Passport Driving Licence etc etc but they said no need to matter as we will investigate and make sure you have no more contact. I have now been called at various times from 9am and 7pm over 8 times in 2 weeks period telling me I have to settle a "debt" in the wrong name
I have called Experian and they have confirmed my credit rating is Excellent and has been for 4 years. I even offered to tell them my correct account numbers I have had for over 6 years

They are very rude and will not take my responses and I do not know what else I can do, It has affected my health, I have also reported this harassment to the police. They have said the debt is mine because its the same name and date of birth.....I have offered proof but they ignore it? What can I do to stop them? Is it worth reporting them for harassment?

I would not send a debt collection company any copies of your identity documents at all.

I would write back to them with a letter combining the prove it letter and the telephone harassment letter - templates here Letter when you know nothing about about the debt - AKA "Prove it" letter and Harassment by telephone - possible letter and citations

Then I would ignore them and have no further discussions with them at all.
