Fair quote for replacing Ideal Classic boiler?

I'm looking to replace an Ideal Classic Boiler.

I live in London, does this quote seem fair?
(The price includes the actual boiler Vaillant eco tech plus 831 HE)

• Isolate and drain the existing heating system and remove the boiler and all controls
• Isolate and drain the existing hot water storage cylinder and remove cylinder all pipe work and controls
• Isolate and drain the tank cold water supply to the flat in the loft area of the house, Cap supply where necessary
• Connect the mains cold water supply to the tank cold water down service making the whole flat mains cold water.
• Install a Vaillant eco tech plus 831 HE combination boiler with digital clock to the existing heating flow and return pipe work, including all hot and cold water connections and gas supply
• Install a condense drain from the new boiler into a suitable waste system
• Install a 22mm Magna clean magnetic filter
• Remove existing central heating wiring system and re-wire new boiler. (Please note the boiler will be fitted to a 3amp fused spur, XXX cannot take responsibility for the condition of the existing wiring in the property).
• Install earth bonding to the boiler pipe work
• Install Drayton remote control wireless room thermostat and receiver
• Re-fill system and commission the boiler, leaving gas safety certificate. Register the boiler with Gas Safe and complete paper work to validate a 7 year boiler warranty with Vaillant under the agreement terms

Cost of materials and labour £3580.00.

Optional full system power flush £450.00
