I have been really silly, I needed a Title Plan from Land Registry and thought I had ordered it from them and paid £32 - I then realised this was not Land Registry but Land Registry Agency. I requested an order cancellation and refund through their website but they ignored this. There is only a noreply email address. They keep sending email saying I have to now download document to complete the order. As I paid on a credit card, does anyone know whether this maybe be covered by credit card insurance as a dispute and I may get the money back on the card? Stupid me, but it was late and been on computer all day and these websites are good at presenting themselves as official websites.

Im afraid there's not much you can do.

You purchased a service and they delivered.

Just remember in future that all official sites end in .gov.uk
